Kristen Domonell, MS, RYT, is a Seattle-based health, wellness, and fitness writer. She's also the co-founder and editorial director of Chronicality.com, a publication designed to help young people live well in spite of chronic illness.
Kristen holds a master's degree in health communication from Northwestern University and a bachelor's in journalism from Marist College.
