I love breathing deeply, being surrounded by more beauty than I can handle, and questioning the status quo.
I am a Seattle-based health, wellness, and fitness writer who work has appeared in publications including: Women's Health, Vice, Prevention, Men's Health, Life by Daily Burn, Self, University Business, The Huffington Post, CNN, The Daily Beast, and more. I also co-founded and served as editorial director of Chronicality, a publication designed to help young people live well in spite of chronic illness.
I hold a master's degree in health communication from Northwestern University and a bachelor's in journalism from Marist College.
When I don't have my nose in a pile of health studies, you’ll find me on my yoga mat, in the mountains, or eating my way through the Pacific Northwest.
